Method of cooking

Sift all dry ingredients.

Whip  butter with sugar. Add an egg and Whip well again.

Grate lemon or orange zest inside.

Add all dry ingredients and pour in the milk. Stir well. We will get a creamy dough texture.

Wash the apples and cut them into slices. Do not peel them.

Prepare a pie mold 22 cm in diameter. You can line it with baking parchment or grease it with butter.

Pour in the dough, spread the apples over the entire surface. Shake with sugar or sugar mixed with cinnamon.

Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C. Cool in the form.
